On March, 11th in Executive management of Association have passed meeting with representatives of Italian furniture group " Colombini " (www.colombinigroup.com) on behalf of a Charles Vichchi and Hatch Romanelli. From the Russian side Mr. Makeev (vise director of Association) and Mr. Mihlik (Izhevsk fittings factory) have participated in meeting.
Colombini Group is one of leading manufacturers in the international market of furniture for children's rooms, bedrooms, hotel furniture and kitchen. Industrial objects of the company are located in republic San Marino, and occupy the area from above 200.000 m2. The staff of the company is over 800 employees.
The Italian company through ICE has addressed the Association with the request to organize meetings with the Russian manufacturers of accessories for purchase of their production. However actually plans of the company is the organization in Russia the manufacture of kitchen furniture from the Russian components, including cases, an internal and obverse accessories, and etc. Representatives of the Italian company have told table-tops about the company and the plans on the organization of new manufacture in Russia and asked to assist in search of potential partners. The Russian side has from its part informed the Italian colleagues on the furniture market of Russia, features of distribution of manufacture on territory, and etc. The Representative of Izhevsk fittings factory has discussed with the Italian colleagues a spectrum of mutual interests for possible cooperation in the future. The parties have agreed about carrying out of the further consultations.
