THE DECISION:
1. To enter in the Presidential Council new members:
· Mr. Avdeev Sergey as Vice-president
· Mr. Posluhaeva Nikolay as Vice-president
· Mr. Jamshchikova Dmitry as a member of Advice.
2. To select Mr. Raduhina Andrey the general director of Association for the period of 3 years.
3. To approve staff of art-technical advice on furniture.
4. Approve 2008 reports of Executive management and the Presidential Council, 2008 charges and incomes, 2008 annual balance, the report of the auditor for 2008.
5. Approve additions to the 2009 AMEDORO plan, charges and incomes 2009
6.1. To Executive management:
- Accelerate decision to make on updating a price threshold on some kinds of furniture;
- Address to the Government of the Russian Federation, TPP of the Russian Federation, RSPP with the request:
To provide for furniture and woodworking enterprise forming a company town indemnification of charges on repayment of percent under credits exceeding the refinancing rate of the Central Bank;
Move for additions into item 157 p.2 LC of the Russian Federation. Regarding payment of idle time for the reasons, not dependent on the employer and the worker. To protect the personnel of the enterprises during the crisis period.
6.2. Recommend to the members of Association in conditions of crisis:
6.2.1. Manufacturers of wood plates and plywood, together with regional bodies of legislative and executive authority stimulate logging:
Performance of anti-recessionary measures in the timber industry complex, accepted at meeting under the First vice-premier of the Government of the Russian Federation Zubkova V.A. (the report 24.12.08 ÂÇ-Ï9-68 ïð.);
Performance of the decisions, accepted at meeting under Deputy head of Rosleshoz Girjaeva Ì.D. (the report 24.12.08 ÌÃ-07/3-ïð):
Liberate (temporarily for 1-2 years) logging enterprises from all kinds of regional taxes to a gain of volumes of logging of wood from level actually reached for last year;
Lower taxes (temporarily for 1-2 years) on using regional and municipal roads for logging enterprises.
6.2.2. Develop programs on export of production, including the CIS countries.
7. Considering deep recession in a national economy, as well as in furniture and woodworking industries, and response of sponsor's obligations by Russian and foreign partners adjourn the Third World Furniture Congress in 2009 in Moscow.
